Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via PostNL always with track and trace. The confirmation of your order and your track and trace code is send by email


If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Once the returned products are received, you will be notified by email. After this email, it may take up to 10 business days to receive your refund.


Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
All products must be returned unworn and in original packaging (including dustbag, leaflets and stickers)
Please note: make up, stains, damages and/or strong odors are considered non-returnable products
The hangtag must be attached
The return form must be filled in
Return costs are for the customer
The shipping risk is for the buyer, we therefore strongly advise to send it with track & trace
Returns will be processed within 10 working days, costs will be refunded in the way the product was purchased
If the return does not meet all requirements, it will be returned to the customer and you will not get your money back
